Key Requirements

  • Minimum five years of medical practice
  • Significant administrative/clinical leadership experience
  • Medical Doctor (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.)
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Med/Peds
  • Ability to obtain Massachusetts Medical License
  • Experience in Community Health and Primary Care
