Job Summary
Evaluate patients within twenty four (24) hours, or 1 business day of physician referral, and develop effective treatment plans approved by the referring physician.
Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants, aides, and students while assisting nursing staff with training and participating in interdisciplinary meetings.
Instruct patients’ families or nursing staff in maintenance programs and caregiver training in preparation for discharge from therapy services.

Key Requirements
Licensed Occupational Therapist in state
Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy or higher
Maintain license in good standing with state board
Proficient computer skills with Casamba and Point Click Care
Meet continuing education requirements per state
Ability to apply mathematical concepts
Ability to interpret written and oral instructions
