Job Summary

  • Geisinger Community Medical Center is seeking a Physician Assistant or an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner to join our skilled team of critical care providers, practicing state-of-the-art medicine with support from excellent physicians and nursing staff.
  • Work 14 shifts/month with a mix of days/nights on 12-hour shifts, serving in a collaborative role to assess needs, plan and provide education and care, evaluate outcomes, and coordinate follow-up and referrals.
  • The Scranton/Wilkes-Barre area offers numerous recreational attractions and is within driving distance to major East Coast cities, with Avoca International Airport nearby for travel possibilities.
