  • Comfort working with technical documentation
  • Ability to read API documentation and understand system architecture tradeoffs
  • Proficiency in defining KPIs and analyzing product data
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Uses AI tools as a core part of how they work
  • Ability to work autonomously within a strategic framework
