The role requires ensuring all nursing personnel comply with written policies and procedures established by the facility to maintain the highest degree of quality care.
Employees must participate in facility surveys, develop quality assurance programs, and assist in planning resident discharge plans.

Key Requirements
Current active LPN/LVN license
Graduate of approved LPN/LVN program or accredited college

Must remain in good standing with State Board of Nursing
