As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for providing payroll delivery services, supporting internal PC&C, resolving complex queries and providing guidance on payroll issues.

UK Payroll experience
high volume payroll processing
SAP (ADP Global View) and Workday
UK statutory requirements and regulations
manual Gross to Net calculation
prior year adjustments (EYUs/FPSAs) submission

Key Requirements
At least 5 years’ UK Payroll experience
Worked with UK Payroll within the last 12x months
At least 5 years’ experience with high volume payroll > 12,000 headcount
Proficiency in SAP (ADP Global View) and Workday
Validated experience with UK pensions
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Payroll Administration, Human Resources, or relevant field
