  • Master's degree in Geological Oceanography
  • IHO Cat-A Hydrographer Certificate
  • Experience with multibeam bathymetry processing
  • Knowledge of commercial software like SonarWiz or CARIS
  • Experience with Matlab or Python for environmental analysis
  • Proven ability to work with minimal direction

Key Requirements

  • US Citizen eligible for classified information access
  • Bachelor's degree in Oceanography, Marine Geology, or Geophysics
  • At least one year of experience with seafloor mapping or sedimentation processes
  • Experience with subsea geotechnical site characterization
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 with 3.5 in major coursework
