Job Summary
The Senior Manager will support the Global Development (GD) organization and Business Growth, Innovation and Advocacy (BGIA) leadership to enable GD financial decision-making at the GD Leadership Team level.
This role will collaborate closely with GD’s Finance, Resourcing Management partners and Business Operations Leadership Team (BOLT) to track and report financial and productivity insights.
Responsibilities include developing and implementing processes and analytical tools to support resource analytics, productivity initiatives, budget building, and creating metrics and dashboards for GD Leadership Team decision making.
