Must-have
Operating Room experience preferred
Troubleshoot medical equipment issues
Maintain HIPAA patient confidentiality
Manage surgical case carts and inventory
Work rotating shifts including weekends

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience with minimally invasive surgery procedures
Ability to work independently under pressure
Familiarity with Stryker product lines
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Key Requirements
Bachelor's or Associate's Degree preferred
HSPA CRCST Certification required within 6 months for SPD roles
Operating Room experience and anatomy knowledge preferred
Must be within 45 minutes driving distance if on-call required
