Must-have

  • Advanced knowledge of UNIX/Linux OS
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server
  • Technical support for ESET products
  • 24/7 availability with shift work
  • Network traffic analysis with Wireshark
  • RDBMS and Active Directory knowledge

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with antivirus products
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Server
  • Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint Server
  • Experience with REST APIs
  • Knowledge of virtualization
  • Mac OS X and Android familiarity
  • Excellent communication skills

Key Requirements

  • At least 5 years experience in similar role
