Job Summary

  • The HVAC Technician is responsible for performing service, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance on a wide range of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems serving University Housing–managed properties.
  • This position requires the ability to understand, maintain, and troubleshoot multiple HVAC systems and controls while ensuring work is completed in a high-quality, professional manner.
