Job Summary

  • Leads the most complex and highest risk issues associated with distressed or defaulted accounts across the Global Capital Markets (GCM) business.
  • Analyzes the most complex issues and structures, including governing document review, waterfall reconstruction, and similar calculations to solve problems.
  • Represents GCM at transaction closings, attend and chair client meetings and presentations, attend legal proceedings representing company and trusts, including serving as corporate subject matter (30(b)(6) expert witness as required.

  • Bachelor’s degree and 9 years’ Global Capital Markets experience
  • 13 years’ higher education and/or work experience
  • Proficiency with personal computers
  • Extensive work experience in analyzing and building waterfalls
  • Demonstrated high level of competency in reading legal documents
  • Capital Markets and Corporate Trust knowledge
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
