Job Summary

• As a Senior Project Manager at JLL, you will hold a critical position within our Regional Project Team and will be directly responsible for leading and delivering challenging projects for a financial services client while utilizing your expertise and skills to oversee projects and ensure the successful delivery of Corporate Interior projects ranging in size from $1M to $100M+.
• This role involves acting as the primary contact with the client throughout the duration of the project from programming through construction close out while collaborating with various stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables, ensuring they are aligned with clients' goals and expectations.

Base: 137,280.00 – 195,000.00 USD per year; Bonus/Equity: Not specified; Benefits: 401(k) plan with matching company contributions, Comprehensive Medical, Dental & Vision Care, Paid parental leave at 100% of salary, Paid Time Off and Company Holidays, Early access to earned wages through Daily Pay

Key Requirements

• 7-15 years of experience in project management
• Experience managing multiple diverse types of Corporate Interiors projects
• Ability to manage 8-12 projects at a time
• Firm knowledge of construction, architecture, or commercial real estate
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Strong critical thinking skills
• Ability to manage and follow through on complex procedural requirements
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products
