Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
Proven enterprise data management leadership experience
Strong DAMA‑DMBOK knowledge
Experience with data governance, quality, metadata, and MDM
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
Proven experience leading, coaching, and developing high performing, multidisciplinary teams
Preferred certifications: Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP®) ; EDM Council DCAM or CDMC
