The 1st shift Shipping Lead is responsible for leading work flow, processes, safety, and guiding and documenting behavior and performance of employees in the department.
Essential Duties include but are not limited to: Lead the 1st shift Shipping personnel activities and workflow. Ensuring that all in-process shipments are complete and shipping invoices are closed out.
