Haleon is seeking a Manager – Legal Counsel (Contracts) to provide strategic oversight and hands-on support in global contracting and governance. The ideal candidate will have significant legal experience, particularly in complex commercial agreements, and will play a key role in mentoring junior staff while driving operational excellence
Job Summary
The role provides advanced support across global contracting and governance workstreams, acts as subject matter expert (SME) in designated domains, and mentors’ junior talent to uplift quality, speed, and consistency from Haleon’s Legal Shared Services Centre in Bengaluru.
The Counsel manages complex and nonstandard matters independently, driving risk-based advice, standardization, and continuous improvement in partnership with cross functional teams.
