Salary

Base: $117,000.00 - $201,250.00; Base for Bay Area: $134,000.00 - $231,150.00; Benefits: Vacation –120 hours per calendar year, Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year, Holiday pay –13 days per calendar year, Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year, Parental Leave – 480 hours, Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for immediate family member, Caregiver Leave – 80 hours, Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per calendar year, Military Spouse Time-Off – 80 hours per calendar year

Key Requirements

  • Advanced degree in a Scientific Field
  • Doctoral Degree-Optometry or MD with specialty in Ophthalmology highly recommended

  • Leadership functions experience
  • Experience with intraocular lenses preferred
  • Strong technical writing ability
  • Understanding of biostatistics
  • Proficient with computers and software programs
  • Ability to travel 10% of the time
