Job Summary

  • Associates will hold a series of four 6-month assignments that span various functional areas within the company’s operations, supply chain, and procurement functions.
  • Rotational assignments are located across the country, and you must be willing to relocate every 6 months between Johnson Controls manufacturing areas.
  • Our Associates will get to experience all aspects of JCI, hone their skills in new and existing technologies, build their business acumen by participating in our learning platform, and round out their experience by networking with top leaders of the company.
