The position involves recruiting, training, and supervising Campus Ambassadors and student front desk employees to ensure optimal coverage.
Candidates will manage the overall visit experience, handle incoming inquiries via multiple channels, and assist with orientation and registration events.

Base: $46,200 – 47,500 annually; Bonus/Equity: Not specified; Benefits: Comprehensive package including health insurance and WRS pension

Bachelor's degree or Associate's with experience
Customer service experience required
Supervise student employees
Schedule logistics for events
Manage CRM and SIS systems
