Job Summary
This SkillBridge fellowship offers transitioning military service members a pathway to a career in the aerospace and defense industry without compensation as they remain on active duty orders.
Fellows will research, develop, and implement novel algorithms for solving customer challenges related to Automatic Speech Recognition while building new ASR models for customer data.
Upon successful completion of the fellowship, participants are encouraged to apply for open positions at RTX Corporation's business units including Collins Aerospace, Pratt & Whitney, and Raytheon.
