Job Summary

  • You will be responsible for performing a high building systems and equipment operation and maintenance for all facility and utility related equipment.
  • This position ensures equipment is well maintained by performing on time completion of Preventive and Predictive Maintenance, monitoring of building systems and alarms to respond and address conditions before they result in an impact to plant operations.

Key Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 3 or more years maintenance experience
  • Experience with basic hand tools and electrical meters
  • Experience with CMMS (Maximo preferred)
  • Electrical knowledge and experience with AC/DC motors and drives
  • Not allergic to Penicillin and Cephalosporin
