Key Requirements

  • 5+ years Talent Acquisition Marketing/Communications experience OR 3+ years Master's experience
  • Strong PowerPoint skills
  • Demonstrated project-management experience
  • Hands-on experience designing and executing strategic marketing initiatives
  • Strong content creation skills
  • Experience in digital marketing for talent acquisition/employer branding
  • Familiarity with recruitment technology stacks
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance
