Must-have
Electrical, HVAC, and Piping/Plumbing systems
Proactively planning maintenance
Optimizing systems for energy efficiency
Commercial HVAC systems maintenance
Diagnose and resolve heating, cooling, and humidification system issues
Verify daily start-up of building systems
Nice-to-have
Collaborate closely with facility management teams

Key Requirements
U.S. citizen
Valid state driver’s license
High School diploma or GED
Two years of trade schooling
Certification as a Universal Technician for CFCs
5+ years of experience in facility maintenance
Experience utilizing CMMS, PM software, and BAS
Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders
