Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
NAPPI Certification within new hire period
Knowledge of CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care
Experience facilitating group therapy sessions

Prior therapy experience in group settings
Collaborative interdisciplinary team approach
Strong active listening and communication skills
Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Humanities field
BLS Certification via AHA or Red Cross
