The role involves identifying and managing legal risks across Absa Mauritius and Seychelles by providing end-to-end legal counsel on complex CIB products and transactions.
This position requires extensive knowledge of Banking and finance law, Commercial law, and law of Contracts, with at least 10 years of post-qualifying experience.
