Job Summary
The Care Navigator plays a pivotal role in supporting patient care and engagement by providing on-demand peer services, crisis intervention, and de-escalation support.
WCDC is an Opioid Treatment Program (OTP) facility using FDA approved medication paired with behavioral health counseling to restore healthy living.
The position requires assisting patients with pre-registration tasks, monitoring queues to ensure timely service, and managing critical reports.
