  • Formulate and maintain operational risk policies and provide advisory for the BU on operational risk.
  • Review and analyse operational incidents, evaluate operational risk level for banking products, services and workflow and recommend solutions to minimize the risk of the bank.
  • Execute measures with reference to Basel requirements to ensure the bank complies with the policies and guidelines of the bank and regulatory bodies.
