Job Summary
The Custodial Worker Lead provides leadership and direction for housekeeping services to various Student Life assigned areas.
Leads and coaches work team, may assist with training and development of custodial staff, and leads projects including furniture inventory, storage rooms, carpet care program, and wall washing.
Generally works night shift hours from 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. including weekends, and may be required to work varied shifts and/or adjust work hours within a 48 hour advanced notice due to operational needs.
