Job Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to provide leadership, direction, and oversight for the Commercial Driver License (CDL) Help Desk operations.
You will serve as a key liaison between Driver Services, Information Technology, and external partners to support system development and implementation.
This position significantly contributes to the Division's mission to promote highway safety and maintain the accuracy of North Carolina's driver records.
