Key Requirements

  • BS degree required (technical field preferred)
  • MS/MBA degree highly desired
  • 10+ years of high-level leadership experience
  • Extensive experience with Lean Manufacturing techniques
  • Experience working in a manufacturing/operations environment
  • Strong analytical skills and experience creating metrics
  • Experience with integrating and implementing new policies and procedures
  • Experience with change management and corporate initiative implementation
  • Experience with industrial technology companies preferred
  • Must have strong ability to influence various constituents
