The primary purpose of this position is to plan, organize staff, direct, and monitor construction and maintenance activities in the division to provide a safe and efficient highway system.
The successful applicant will use knowledge of Civil Engineering principles and highway maintenance methods to troubleshoot issues and ensure consistency in policy application.
This role requires supervising and evaluating subordinate employees while promoting a safe work environment exposed to outside hazards and potential night or weekend shifts.
