Experience with late-stage discovery to submission transition
Expertise in implementing regulatory-compliant document management systems
Ability to manage large budgets and external vendor networks
Mastery of sequencing complex multi-disciplinary activities

Scientific MSc or PhD in Biology or Chemistry
Formal program management qualification like PMP or PRINCE2
Experience in high-growth Biotech or TechBio environments
Experience working on multiple drug modalities
Background in AI-driven drug design platforms
