This role involves administrative duties, drug administration, personnel management, nursing care functions, staff development, safety and sanitation, equipment and supply oversight, and care plan assessment.
The position requires active participation in continuing education programs and adherence to infection control and safety protocols to ensure a clean, safe, and effective care environment.
