Employees must ensure correct resident information is recorded, report all changes in condition to the Health and Wellness Director, and maintain strict confidentiality of protected health information.
The role involves assisting residents with personal hygiene, mobility, feeding, and end-of-life care while ensuring a calm and comfortable environment throughout the unit.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Assist residents with daily living activities
Monitor and report changes in resident condition
Maintain confidentiality of protected health information
Perform bed making and room preparation tasks
Transport residents within the facility
Follow established safety and infection control policies

Create warm and positive atmosphere for residents
Cooperate effectively with inter-departmental personnel
Demonstrate patience with disoriented or comatose residents
Participate actively in shift meetings for service improvement
Key Requirements
High school education or equivalent
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products
Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds
Training in specific care tasks performed
Compliance with blood/body fluid exposure policies
