15+ years professional experience in resilience
5+ years managing Operational Resilience programs
Leading crisis management activities and exercises
Experience with third-party supply chain assurance
Partnering with cyber security teams for resilience
Nice-to-have
Continuity and risk-related certification preferred
Strong written and verbal presentation skills

Key Requirements
Minimum 15 years overall professional experience
