Job Summary

• You’ll partner with health systems, architects, and sales leaders to transform clinical spaces into impactful healthcare experiences as part of a global Philips design team.
• You’ll work with health system customers and architectural partners to help optimize clinical workflows, identify and visualize design solutions to unlock value for Philips and our customers.
• This role also includes field service and lead generation incentive bonus plans, on-call pay, company fleet/car, training, and advancement opportunities.

Salary

Base: $70,000 to $180,000 annually; Bonus/Equity: field service and lead generation incentive bonus plans, sales commission or long-term incentives; Benefits: comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement

Skills & Requirements

Key Requirements

• 3+ years experience in healthcare architecture, planning, interior design and/or industrial design
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture, interior design, and/or industrial design
• Familiarity with healthcare planning/design guidelines and standards
• US work authorization required
