  • Manage vehicle fit/finish based on key process metrics from customer feedback and GCA & A/B/C/FVS metrics.
  • Monitor body Six Pillars of quality performance using voice of customer metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Keep all metrology tooling in proper working order per specified standards to maintain PCP compliance and reduce measurement system error.

Key Requirements

  • Experience with root cause analysis and Practical Problem Solving (PPS)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
