Must-have
6+ years project managing Enterprise ERP implementations
Experience with Workday, Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP, or similar applications
Solid grasp of Financials, HCM, Payroll, or Services Procurement business areas
Managing medium to large enterprise projects in Federal, State, Local Government
P&L ownership and budget management for project engagements
Nice-to-have
Public sector business development experience
Previous service sales experience
Strong conflict management and root cause analysis skills
Ability to travel 50 percent or more of the time
Prior consulting experience with software companies
Key Requirements
Sr Engagement Manager (P4) or Principal Engagement Manager (P5) title level
6-8 years of demonstrable ERP implementation experience
