Job Summary

  • Spearhead the access strategy for early-stage indications and own the development and execution of access strategies for assigned brand(s), guiding the HTA team in designing effective models and implementing studies that address evidence gaps and enhance commercial opportunities.
  • Act as the Patient Access Lead on various teams, including the Country Value Team (CVT) and the European Center of Excellence (CoE), fostering collaboration and information sharing to ensure alignment of objectives and shape product strategies effectively.
  • Mentor and lead a team comprising HEMAR Managers, Senior Associates, Associates, and students, promoting a sense of belonging and team spirit within the HEMAR organization.

Key Requirements

  • Postgraduate degree in Health Economics or related field
  • 10+ years in Health Economics and Market Access
  • 3+ years developing junior staff
  • Experience in Oncology, Infectious Diseases & Vaccines, Pulmonary diseases, Neuroscience, Immunology, Cardiovascular & Metabolism and/or Ophthalmology preferred
  • Deep understanding of Health Economics concepts and evidence synthesis techniques
  • Strong Project Management capability
