Key Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
8-10+ years of professional experience
5+ years of direct hands-on experience with software & technology companies in EMEA
Proven experience leading developer programs
Significant technical proficiency in HPC, cloud, AI/ML
Excellent interpersonal skills for diverse audiences
Experience leading technical collaborations
Skilled in coordinating complex technical projects
