Job Summary

  • As the Customer Banking Specialist, you will have in-depth conversations with customers about their banking needs, including Home Loans, Business Banking & Financial Advice.
  • You will support customers with enquiries, account maintenance, process credit applications, and complete Financial Health Checks to assess their financial needs.
  • This role involves assisting customers with everyday banking needs face-to-face and via telephone or digital channels in a contact centre environment after 1pm.
