Equipment Ownership & Uptime Serve as primary owner for assigned tools, such as Trymax and Axcelis tools Maintain and continuously improve OEE , MTBF , and MTTR targets
Develop and maintain equipment health monitoring and baseline control (SPC, FDC, fault codes, alarms)
