The role is a split position providing maintenance support at two Charlotte area communities, requiring reliable transportation between sites.

Salary
Base: $22.00 - $25.00/hour; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for quarterly or annual bonus program; Benefits: Robust Benefits Offered*
