Job Summary

  • The DBS Leader is responsible for optimizing organizational performance by enhancing the alignment and efficiency of business processes and enabling continuous, sustained improvement through the implementation of Danaher Business System tools and methodologies.
  • Lead the implementation and sustainment of the Danaher Business System (DBS) at the New Port Richey site to achieve Policy Deployment (PD) and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Productivity (SQDIP).
  • Coach, train, and develop site leadership and associates to build internal DBS capability, including formal and informal DBS training and kaizen leadership development.
