Job Summary

• The Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct patient care to assigned patients in the Float Division: Medical/Surgical (FD), utilizing the nursing process and adhering to the Nurse Practice Act of the State of Arkansas.
• Float Division nurses have the opportunity to work on all medical and surgical areas and receive additional training in specialties like Cardiac Dysrhythmia and Chemotherapy, with a bonus of 25% for regular, worked hours floating.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Associate's degree in Nursing, Diploma RN, or Master's degree in Nursing

• Current Valid RN License
• Two (2) years of RN experience in respective field

• Excellent charge/leadership skills
• Basic computer skills
