Job Summary
Practices health promotion, health supervision, illness prevention and diagnosis, treatment, and management of common health problems and acute and chronic conditions including assessing patients, ordering diagnostic tests and therapeutic treatments, synthesizing and analyzing data, and applying advanced nursing principles.
Works collaboratively with nursing staff, respiratory therapy staff, other departments to promote quality and safe patient care.

Key Requirements
Master’s Degree in Nursing (APRN)
Licensed as an APRN-Nurse Practitioner in Nebraska (APRN)
Current BLS certification
Current PALS certification
Current ACLS certification
Bachelor's of Science degree and graduate of AMA approved PA program (PA)
Current Certification by NCCPA (PA)
Current Physician Assistant license in Nebraska (PA)
Minimum of 2 years pediatric critical care experience (APRN preferred)
Minimum of 2 years pediatric acute care experience (PA preferred)
