Job Summary
This role requires a broad level of experience and understanding of strategic sourcing of Logistics service including transportation, warehousing, brokerage, crating and packaging.
Success in this role requires the ability to effectively partner and directly lead within a matrix, multi-site, global, cross functional team consisting of representatives from operations, engineering, manufacturing, legal, finance, and other internal organizations.
The position requires always understanding of Applied Materials global Standards of Business Conduct and compliance with these standards while demonstrating the highest level of ethical conduct.

Salary
Base: $88,000.00 - $121,000.00; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for bonus and stock award program; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including health and wellbeing programs
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
5-8 years progressive sourcing experience
International and domestic transportation knowledge
Warehousing and crating/packaging expertise
Contract management and negotiation skills
Global supply chain risk assessment
Nice-to-have
Lean and Six Sigma experience preferred
Coupa sourcing tool optimization experience
MBA or NAPM/APICS certification preferred
Strong stakeholder management abilities
Participation in industry trade associations
Key Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain or related fields
Minimum 5-8 years of progressive experience in evaluating and managing suppliers
Ability to travel domestically and internationally 25% of the time
