Must-have
Electrical/control systems expertise
PLC programming Siemens/Allen Bradley
3rd shift work availability
Troubleshooting and diagnosis skills
Project management in manufacturing
Knowledge of servo motors and drives
Nice-to-have
Coaching and mentoring skills
Continuous improvement initiatives
Effective communication with stakeholders
Hands-on approach to control issues
Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics
Understanding of mechanical machine design
Key Requirements
Minimum 3 years electrical/control systems experience
Experience with Siemens/Allen Bradley PLCs
Ability to work 3rd shifts and weekends
Experience with Fanuc Robotics and Siemens/Fanuc CNC
Experience in Ethernet and DeviceNet networks
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience
