Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy (prior to 2002)
  • Master’s degree in Physical Therapy (prior to 2016)
  • Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
  • Licensed as a Physical Therapist by the Arkansas State Board of Physical Therapy or eligible for licensure
  • 2 years of experience in Physical Therapy (preferred)
  • OCS, CSCS, DN Certified (preferred)
