Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Sourcing Manager to lead the multi-cultural team of sourcing and purchasing specialists overseeing spending on Direct Materials and Subcontracting services and supporting Projects and Services business within HBS Pacific region.
The main goal of the role is to increase Honeywell’s competitiveness by optimizing the subcontracting and third-party material costs during the PreBid phase and help the business win opportunities by obtaining the lowest total cost through strategic SubK partnerships programs and cost optimization, as well as further improve margins in the execution phase through productivity initiatives.
This position will be responsible for transforming regional sourcing through establishment and disciplined execution of a robust procurement strategy aligned with the business strategy.
